All loose dirt and debris removed before the shampoo touches anything.
Pre-Treat Stains
Stains and trouble spots get a pre-treatment to break them down.
Hot-Water Extraction
Shampoo solution worked into the carpet, then hot water extraction pulls it back out — along with all the dirt.
Drying
I do everything I can to leave the carpet only slightly damp, not soaked.
